Provincial results for October 2011 Accountability Pillar indicators show Alberta's K-12 education system is performing well in many areas.
- Significant improvement on high school completion and drop out rates.
- Significant improvement on five of the seven satisfaction measures, which are based on surveys of teachers, students and their parents.
- Significant improvement on Provincial Achievement Test results at both the Acceptable Standard and Standard of Excellence.
