How much technical support do we have, and how effective is it?

What is the condition of infrastructure? How much access do students and staff have?

What resources are at our disposal?

What are our beliefs?

What do we value?

Other?

This exercise should not take a great amount of time. If it is administered as a survey of staff, one person can collate the input. It is not necessary to reach unanimity, but there should be an effort to reach consensus. When the current status is determined, it can be put alongside the school’s technology vision to facilitate the development of planning targets.
