Submit Arts Days Photos


Submit your photos from your September 18 Arts Days School Challenge to be posted on the Arts Days School Challenge Virtual Gallery.

Here’s what you need to know about posting your photos:

  • I own or have right to authorize use of the photographs/video footage I have submit. *
  • I have model and FOIP releases for all individuals in the photographs/video footage, including releases signed by a guardian of any and all minor students, with the specific authorization and consent for the photographs/video to be transmitted to Alberta Education and be posted on the Alberta Education website.*
  • The photographs/video footage have been collected with the required FOIP collection notice and disclosed to Alberta Education in accordance with my school’s obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.*
  • I have the authority to and hereby grant the Crown in Right of Alberta, as represented by the Minister of Education, a non-exclusive license to post the photographs/video footage (in whole or in part) I submit on the Alberta Education website.*
  • I have the authority to and hereby waive all moral rights to the photographs/videos I submit.*

  • All photographs/video footage will be reviewed by Alberta Education staff before being posted. Not all photographs/video footage submitted may be used.
