Community Toolkit
Finding Ways: A community response in support of high school completion
The High School Completion Symposium on September 24-25, 2006, started a province-wide discussion about how we can all play an important role in improving high school completion rates. We encourage communities across the province to build on the momentum generated at the symposium by hosting similar discussions in their area.
This community toolkit was developed to help communities start their own discussions, and develop local solutions for keeping students in school. If you host an event, please let us know how you planned it, and what type of feedback you received. This information will be used to continue to inform governments work on new high school completion strategies and action plans.
