Value for Money Assessment and Project Report

The Value for Money Assessment and Project Report shows that using a Public Private Partnership (P3) to design, build, finance and maintain 18 schools in Calgary and Edmonton provided good value for Alberta taxpayers, with the schools being built sooner and at a lower cost than through traditional methods. It answers basic questions about P3s,  shows how dollars were saved, describes the procurement process and all the contributing factors that resulted in a positive value for money.
