Alberta adds $9 million to enhance supports for students with vision lossBlind and visually impaired students will benefit from enhanced supports, thanks to $3.1 million in new funding by the Government of Alberta in each of the next three years. The new funding was announced as part of Budget 2008 and resulted from a service review Alberta Education conducted with stakeholders from across the province.
