International Education Week 2008
International Education Week is an annual, week-long event that is celebrated by over 85 countries around the world to promote awareness of the importance of international education and its benefits to society. This year will mark Canada’s fifth year of participation in the event which will take place from November 17-21, 2008. This year’s theme is Fostering Global Responsibility and Leadership.
International Education Week is an excellent opportunity to show how an international dimension has benefited your school. Alberta Education encourages everyone across the province to join in the celebrations.
