An exchange is experiential learning at its best! 
It benefits school communities in multiples ways!  

Through exchange programs, educators gain opportunities to share the strengths and best practices of each other’s education systems, and provide their partner’s students with unique cultural perspectives. 

Exchange students build knowledge of each other’s country, people, culture, and language, and acquire the global awareness and skills so important to living and working successfully in the 21st Century.
