Official High School Transcripts – for students who requested them
Official high school transcripts that include final marks for 1st semester non-diploma examination courses and January 2009 Diploma Examination are being released on release date of Wednesday, February 18, 2009.
Official high school transcripts that include final marks for 2nd semester non-diploma examination courses and June 2009 Diploma Examination are being released on release date of Wednesday, July 22, 2009.
Official high school transcripts that include final marks for summer school non-diploma examination courses and August 2009 Diploma Examination results are being released on release date of August 26, 2009.
Official High School Transcripts – for students who request them to be sent to a Post Secondary Institution
Alberta Education will send official high school transcripts directly to a Post Secondary Institution on a student’s behalf once the request is made. Post Secondary Institutions may not accept a high school transcript directly from a student, please check with the institution before sending a transcript on your own behalf.
Alberta Education will send requested official high school transcripts electronically to the following Post Secondary Institutions:

Alberta High School Diploma
The first issuance of Alberta High School Diplomas for the 2008-2009 school year is late April.
Students Requesting Grade 9 Records
Students that require a copy of their grade nine transcript/school records need to inquire with the school or school authority where the courses were completed.
Diploma Examination Rewrite Fee
If a student intends to rewrite a diploma examination, he/she must submit a completed Diploma Examination Registration and/or Rewrite Fee Form, along with a rewrite fee for each examination, to Transcript Services, Alberta Education. There is a $26.25 fee ($50.00 for foreign students) for each diploma examination rewrite.
This fee applies whether or not the student is retaking the course through day classes, evening classes, summer school, or correspondence.
