Order Status Inquiry / Cancel Order

Inquire about the your Order Status and/or request an Order Cancellation.

To electronically inquire about the status of an order or to cancel an order or request, you must:
  • Have previously requested documents online from Alberta Education
  • Have your Alberta Secure Login Id and Password

Inquire on the Status of an Order and/or Request that an Order be Cancelled (opens a new window to Service Alberta Secure Login)

Note: Order cancellations may be subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
