Alberta is participating in WorldSkills Calgary 2009 on September 1-6, 2009 to demonstrate the value of trades and technology training and occupations as excellent options for young people.
ACCENT is a joint project between the Association canadienne-française de l’Alberta (ACFA) and Canadian Parents for French (CPF) Alberta Branch. A growing number of young Albertans are learning French and the demand for options to support the curriculum with French programming is increasing accordingly. ACCENT’s objective is to satisfy this growing demand by offering schools and parents a rich variety of opportunities available in or outside the school setting.
